Automatic control design & Construction

We provide total support for plant-related wiring work, as well as system design, fabrication, wiring work, and adjustment in promoting automation and manpower saving in factories using sequences.

Rexroth Bosch Group

Line construction using aluminum frames with rich functionality.

We started out as a wiring contractor and now provide total support for electrical systems and equipment.
As we struggled with the eternal themes of "cost reduction" and "quick delivery," we came across BOSCH's aluminum and wondered if we could make use of its convenience. We believe that our easily reassembled and reusable frames can demonstrate their merits in the manufacture of a wide variety of products and in the construction of production lines where changes in functionality are required due to improvements.

Planning

Identification of problems, suggestions for improvement, etc.
Identifies problems related to equipment and systems in the factory and proposes improvements, etc.
Proposal of basic concept
We derive a basic concept for the solution of each problem, areas for improvement, etc.
Specification meeting
Based on the basic concept, we determine specifications that meet the end user's needs and create a process chart.
Design
We create hardware drawings in accordance with end-user specifications for control and operation panels, etc., and design software and draw touch panels.

Construction

Production
We manufacture control panels, operation panels, etc. based on various hardware drawings. We also perform careful shipping inspections, including electrical power checks.
Construction work
The site supervisor prepares construction drawings and process schedules, and performs electrical wiring work for various types of equipment by ensuring safety management on site.

Performance

Commissioning and Adjustment
In order to reduce the number of man-hours required for on-site adjustments, in-house debugging is performed before on-site adjustments are made.
Briefing session
We will conduct a handling briefing session so that the end-user can understand. We will also submit the final completed documents.
Follow-up service
Of course, we will also take every possible measure to ensure that the project is handled after completion.
